Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may order online by selecting Purchase in the menu above, or by phone by calling our Customer Support at (888) 612-7293.

Refund

We want 100% customer satisfaction and offer a very flexible return policy to help ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our software simply send us an email stating you are requesting a refund and have uninstalled the TaxScripts® software within 15 days of purchase. If a CD has been provided, it must be returned to us before issuing the refund.

Shipping

TaxScripts® software is delivered primarily by downloading from the Internet. If requested, we do provide a CD containing the TaxScripts® software for the TaxPro version and will ship via UPS ground delivery. Shipping and Handling is $19.95. We ship within 3 days of order. Shipping may take 7-10 days for delivery after order is processed.
